Membership spa in Easley, South Carolina

One visit for every season of the year

Season is a membership spa. Four visits a year, each one set aside for you: the steam room, the warm pool, a treatment chosen for that time of year, and a long rest between.

  • Four visits a year, one in each season
  • Your visit held through the months it runs
  • A membership makes a gift

The year

Four visits, one in each season

Each season has its own visit and its own treatment. Your visit is held for you; book it any time within the months it runs.

  • Spring

A facial for skin that has spent the winter indoors, then the steam room and a rest with the windows open.

    Mar–May

  • Summer

A cool, light visit: a short steam, the pool, and a foot and leg massage with cool towels.

    Jun–Aug

  • Fall

A deeper massage for shoulders and back as the days shorten, with the steam room beforehand.

    Sep–Nov

  • Winter

The longest visit: warm stones and a full-body massage, with the steam room first and a slow rest after.

    Dec–Feb

A visit

What a season visit holds

Plan on about three hours. Nothing is rushed, and nobody asks you to be out by a certain time.

Arrive, change into a robe and slippers, and talk about the season's treatment. Then the steam room and the warm pool at your own pace, the treatment, and tea in the lounge before you dress.

  • The steam room and the warm pool at every visit

  • A treatment chosen for the season, or another of the same length

  • A robe, slippers and a locker for your things

  • Phones stay in the locker, so the rooms stay quiet

The team

The people at Season

Eleven of us work here: five massage therapists, three estheticians, two at the front desk and Iraida. These three are who most members meet first. Each practitioner's license is listed under their name.

  • Iraida Pinto, owner and massage therapist, in a rust cardigan seated in a bright lounge

    Iraida Pinto

    Owner and massage therapist

    • Massage Therapist License · SC Lic. 000000

Iraida opened Season on Pendleton Street after years of working the table elsewhere, and she still sees members most weeks. She plans each season's visit with the team and is the one to ask about a gift or a membership for two.

  • Freddie Powell, massage therapist, in a slate grey tunic beside a made-up treatment table

    Freddie Powell

    Massage therapist

    • Massage Therapist License · SC Lic. 000000

Freddie works with steady, even pressure and takes his time with shoulders and backs. He leads the fall and winter treatments, and he will adjust pressure as often as you like.

  • Miran Bang, esthetician, in a white tunic smiling in a bright treatment room

    Miran Bang

    Esthetician

    • Esthetician License · SC Lic. 000000

Miran begins each facial with a look at your skin and a talk about what you use at home. She leads the spring facial and tells you plainly when a dermatologist would be the better next step.

Questions before you join

How do the four visits work?

Your membership holds one visit in each season: spring from March to May, summer from June to August, fall from September to November and winter from December to February. Book yours any time within those months.

What is in each visit?

The steam room, the warm pool, a treatment chosen for the season and a long rest in the lounge with tea. A visit takes about three hours.

Can I choose a different treatment?

Yes. Each season has a treatment set for it, and you can swap it for another of the same length from the menu.

Can I move a visit?

Tell us at least 48 hours ahead and we will move it. A visit you can't use in its season can be made up in the first weeks of the next, if there is room.

Can two of us join?

Seasons for Two covers two guests, side by side, with two therapists. Call the front desk and we will match two schedules.

Can I give a membership?

Yes. A Year Given is four seasons for someone else, sent by email or ready at the desk. They choose the dates.
