How pricing works
Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page before you confirm. Here is what sets them, and how a membership is paid and ended.
What decides the price
Four things set the price: the plan you choose, whether it covers one guest or two, the treatment you pick for a season and any add-on.
Four Seasons, Seasons for Two or A Year Given
One guest or two
The season's treatment, or a swap of the same length
Add-ons such as a scalp massage or a longer steam
How and when you pay
The booking page shows how a membership is paid, and when, before you confirm. We write to you before a term ends and before a renewal, so a payment never comes as a surprise.
Tell us 30 days before your renewal date and the membership ends with its term. Any single visit can be moved up to 48 hours before your time. If you arrive late, we shorten the treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.
How levels set the price
A senior therapist or esthetician may be priced differently from another. The booking page shows who you are booking and what that costs before you confirm.
Add-ons and changes on the day
Ask for an add-on when you book, or tell your therapist on the day. We agree to it before we start, and the time is added to your visit if the schedule allows.
Tipping
Tips are never added to your bill. Leave one for whoever looked after you, at the desk or on your card. A membership doesn't include it.
A Year Given is four seasons for someone else, sent by email or ready at the front desk. A gift card works for any treatment on the menu. Whoever receives either books like any member.
