  A visit you can't use in its season can be made up in the first weeks of the next, if there is room

  • Four visits a year for two guests
  • Two therapists working at the same time
  • Steam room and warm pool together
  • Tea for two in the lounge
  • Booked by phone so we can match two schedules

  Term:

  Twelve months, four visits for each of two guests

  Cancellation:

  Tell us 30 days before your renewal date to end it; move any visit up to 48 hours before your time

  Refunds:

  If one of you can't come, we will talk it through and find a time that suits you both

  Four seasons for someone else, with the dates left to them.

  • Four visits, one in each season
  • Sent by email or ready at the desk
  • They choose the dates and the treatments
  • It does not renew on its own
  • About three hours each visit

  Term:

  Twelve months from the day they first book

  Cancellation:

  A gift never renews unless the person who receives it chooses to continue

  Refunds:

  If plans change before it is used, the front desk will talk it through with you

A membership ends when its term does unless you renew it. We write to you before that day.
