Our policies

What to know before you join or book. Prices are set by the spa and shown on the booking page.

Booking and deposits

Book each season's visit online or call the front desk. Joining takes a card on file, and a visit needs no deposit.

Canceling and running late

Please tell us at least 48 hours before your time and we will move it without trouble. To end a membership, tell us 30 days before your renewal date. If you arrive late, we shorten your treatment so the next guest isn't kept waiting.

If you miss an appointment

If you miss a visit without telling us, that season's visit may be counted as used under the membership terms you see before you join. Call us if something comes up; we would rather move you.

Children and companions

Members are 18 and older, because the steam room and the warm pool are for adults. A guest who is 16 or 17 can book a treatment, without the thermal areas, with a parent or guardian who stays in the building.

If you're not happy

If you're not happy with a treatment, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.

Tipping

Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.

Using the thermal areas

Wear a robe or a towel in the steam room and a swimsuit in the warm pool. The steam room and the warm pool are for guests 18 and older. Stay only as long as you are comfortable, drink water, and tell the front desk if you feel dizzy or unwell. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you book.

Phones and quiet

Please keep your phone in your locker, or on silent, in the lounge and the treatment rooms. The thermal areas are quiet, and no photos are taken where guests are changing or resting.

Before your visit

Arrive 15 minutes early. Wear what is comfortable and bring a swimsuit. Eat lightly beforehand, and for a facial come with clean skin if you can.

When to ask your doctor first

Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or a blood pressure concern, have a skin condition or take a medicine that affects your skin or how you handle heat. Warm stones and the thermal areas are the ones we ask about most. We may suggest you speak with your doctor before we go ahead.
